Title: The Station

Brown Station is an Argentine Antarctic base that I first photographed in March 2022. The brightly coloured buildings including this one are nestled at the feet of the mountains that surround Paradise harbour, and I couldn’t think of a more apt name. I should say that the Doctor on duty here back in 1984 didn’t appear to think much of it though, he burned down the original station having been ordered to stay for winter…

Printed on the Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-2600 using Fotospeed Studio Etching Rag 285 and genuine Canon pigment inks.

Sizing details:

The size of each print refers to the paper size, not the image size. Images fill roughly 85% of the print size to allow for signing and framing. All prints come unframed.
